Randall Heer has worked in production and operations for over 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his position as CEO of Vista Studios. Randall has been a new media, broadcast, and production technologies executive responsible for successful live event broadcast/remotes, studio production, and channel origination operations. He was honored with three Emmy Awards for Technical Excellence, including one for Fox NFL Sunday, and was the Manager of Engineering for the HD expansion of Discovery Networks. His leadership skills as Engineer-in-Charge successfully launched 13 Fox cable networks. Randall formerly served as the VP/General Manager of 3555 Hayden Studios.
Mark Depping has 25 years of experience as a broadcast/production technologist and manager in the field of video production, broadcast television, and emerging technologies. Mark has supervised live broadcast operations, 24/7 master control operations, network signal distribution, production control/stage, and truck-based remote productions. He is skillful in supervising production crews working under the pressures of live television as well as managing capital/operating budgets and developing cost-saving synergies and efficient processes.
Anne Rimpos brings more than 20 years of financial experience in the entertainment industry. She received her BSBA in Accounting from the University of San Francisco and her MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University. Anne is proficient in accounting operations, managing revenue accounting, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and payroll. She has strong business expertise and handles a range of complex agreements that often involve multiple production companies and unique technical requirements. At Vista Studios, she oversees the day to day financial and business operations activities.

Our team members have held engineering, production, management, and executive positions in the most notable companies in live television, production, entertainment, sports, and news industries.
We have produced live and recorded television from the most influential events globally – Olympics, Super Bowl, and NFL, World Series and MLB, Preakness, Kentucky Derby, Wimbledon, French Open, Republican and Democratic Conventions, and Presidential Inaugurations.
We’ve had our hands on the controls for the most famous entertainment shows and events – Oscars, Emmys, Grammys, premieres, concerts, and red carpet events. Our crew also chased tragedies such as earthquakes, wildfires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and riots across Southern California to document major news stories–we were even behind the scenes during the infamous O.J. white Bronco chase and the subsequent criminal trial.
We’re now leveraging the years we spent in broadcasting to identify a growing and critical need for innovation and simplification in the industry. Vista Studios is the only studio in Los Angeles designed, built, and optimized for producing shows with future-forward content creators.
